Hi, everyone, and I wish you all a great start to the week. Whether you are into Highlander novels or not Teresa Medeiros has one coming out in September, and it is such a wonderful read and I highly recommend it. The Devil Wears Plaid is a cut above any Scottish novels I’ve reviewed in a great while…. If you want something that will make you think and ponder life in general, then I highly recommend Julia London’s One Season Of Sunshine. Both books speak to the heart, but in vastly different ways, and both books have decadent sensual scenes, some hot enough to vibrate off the pages. Until next time …take care

Freedom does not come for free, and how true those words are. So, let us band together that no one will take it away from us. If you come to America, live by her creed and laws. If you don’t like our ways, then go back to where you came from. America opens her arms to all countries, but in the last few years many of those who come to our shores no longer want to make this country better and the greatest in the world, but destroy it, because America is so generous. Father’s Day 2010

Happy Father’s Day to all the men out there. My husband is in hog heaven, because he gets to play a round of golf at Champion’s Gate with our son. Both sons always think of their father in a special way, and I hope everyone out there does that for their dad, too. And while we will enjoy the day in our own ways, let’s think of our troops and the people along the Gulf coast, the animals who suffer and pray that BP will find a way to cap that oil spill. It breaks my heart. Have a wonderful Father’s Day and be thankful we are so blessed…Until next time

Good morning, everyone. It’s a glorious day and I know many will enjoy the beaches today. The thought makes me sad, because it reminds me of the oil spill in the Gulf and the people of Louisiana. If the Arabs cleaned up a bad spill in the 90s by using a line of tankers to suck up the oil and then separate it from the water, why can’t we? It breaks my heart to see the animals die so miserably. And let’s not forget that Memorial Day is in honor of the soldiers, who lay down their lives on foreign soil. They are so young, men and women alike. That, too, is heart breaking, because there is never an end to war and in war there are no victors. Take care– until next time

Hi, everyone, just thought, if any of you are looking for some good reads, here are several suggestions: Kat Martins’ Rule’s Bride is available in bookstores now. It the last of a trilogy about three brothers and it is spellbinding. Ms. Martin transports you to another era, another culture and lets you live it through her eyes. Did I mention that it is also a hot read? And then there is Silence Is Deadly by Sherrilyn Kenyon and Dianna Love. Fast-paced, breathtaking and also very hot, a contemporary novel. Then there is Shameless by Karen Robards, a historical like Ms. Martin’s and very intriguing. And if you have not read my contemporary suspense Click, Click, Delete, then you can buy it from Amazon or directly from my website www.heidekatros.com I have had some great feedback about it and there is a video to watch, too. I’m sure the group of ladies could have listened to you and your anecdotes all afternoon. I know I enjoyed listening to you. It was kind of like having a long lost friend over for an afternoon visit.

I hope we can have a re-visit soon when your 20th book has been published!! That would be a milestone.
